  • Guardianships for seniors.

In order to be eligible, you must be the following:

  • Referred by domestic violence shelter in a domestic violence case.

Note: Some exceptions may apply if ILAS does not have enough resources and/or staff to help. In these situations, they may not be able to take the case.

Contact your local ILAS office for more information.

The Idaho Volunteer Lawyers Program (IVLP) holds monthly Pro Se Family Law Clinics with the assistance of IVLP volunteers and volunteer attorneys. These volunteers assist in completing the Court Assistance Office (CAO) forms for family law matters. The Clinic is limited to low income people in the Ada and Canyon counties and surrounding areas. If you are interested, contact Diana from IVLP at 334-4510 or 1-800-221-3295 outside of the Boise area for further information regarding clinic dates and registration information. Pre-registration is required.
