Offices are generally open from 8:30am to 5:00pm, Monday through Friday but local variations occur based on staffing levels and holidays. Apply for our services by phone Monday through Friday from 10:00 am to 12:30 pm and 1:30 pm to 4:30 pm, Mountain Time; 9:00 am to 11:30 am and 12:30 pm to 3:30 pm Pacific Time (excluding holidays).
