~~Full Time Positions~~
Idaho Legal Aid Services (ILAS) is seeking applicants for an attorney based in the program’s Idaho Falls office to serve clients in Bingham, Bonneville, Butte, Clark, Custer, Fremont, Jefferson, Lemhi, Madison and Teton counties. The attorney will represent clients in a variety of areas including family law where domestic violence is an issue, housing, public entitlements, guardianships and senior law. The attorney will serve clients as needed in litigation, advice and counsel, and through the program’s Senior Legal Hotline Line. This is a full time position of 37.5 hours per week.
Volunteers are vital for us to serve our client community. Active and retired attorneys, law and paralegal students, as well as concerned citizens contribute invaluable services to our offices each year. We have attached some sample law student internship job descriptions to demonstrate some of the opportunities available to Idaho Legal Aid Services volunteers. Note: Because ILAS is a non-profit organization, we are unable to pay individuals interested in an internship, however college credits can be earned.
