What records can be expunged?
Under Idaho law, most convictions, charges, or arrests from when you were under age 18 can qualify for expungement. However, certain more serious crimes cannot be expunged, such as: murder, voluntary manslaughter, rape, arson, aggravated battery, drug trafficking, or injury to a child.
Idaho Legal Aid Services created the attached guide to inform Idaho residents of their rights related to spousal maintenance, also known as spousal support or alimony, in a divorce case. Unmarried couples are not eligible for spousal maintenance. For more information, please view the guide below.
