The Wage and Hour Section of the Idaho Department of Labor is responsible for administering Idaho's minimum wage law, wage payment law, and farm labor contractor licensing law.
This brochure was prepared by Idaho Legal Aid Services, Inc. for the purpose of informing tenants of their rights and responsibilities in federal housing programs under current Idaho and federal law.
