A safe, dependable place to live is the foundation for everything else in life. Idaho Legal Aid Services (ILAS) helps tenants and low-income homeowners keep their housing when things go wrong. We defend renters in eviction cases, unsafe living conditions and press landlords for essential repairs. We also educate the public about fair-housing laws and partner with shelters and community groups to stop homelessness before it starts.
