Every Idahoans is entitled to fair treatment by government agencies, employers, and institutions - regardless of income or disability. Idaho Legal Aid Services (ILAS) handle civil-rights claims involving discrimination in housing, employment, or public spaces, as well as represent individuals with disabilities in fights for equal access to education, services, and accommodation. We also step in when veterans struggle to obtain benefits earned through service. If your fundamental rights are being ignored or violated, ILAS can help you be heard.
