Pro Bono Attorneys and Other Volunteers
Idaho Legal Aid Services runs a Private Attorney Involvement (PAI) Program where private Idaho-licensed attorneys receive referrals from local ILAS offices for cases. Our PAI attorneys receive a reduced hourly rate of payment from ILAS to handle family law, housing law, consumer law, and elder law matters for client at no cost to the clients.

Idaho Legal Aid Services also partners with the Idaho Volunteer Lawyers Program (IVLP) to place eligible pro bono cases with private attorneys across Idaho.
