Apply for Legal Assistance
Idaho Legal Aid Services provides civil legal assistance to eligible Idaho residents. Our support is available for individuals who are low-income, survivors of domestic and sexual violence, or older adults (age 60+). Please note that our services are solely for civil matters; we do not handle criminal cases.

The Boise Office serves the following counties:  Ada, Boise, Elmore, and Valley.
Coeur d'Alene Office
The Coeur d'Alene Office serves the following counties: Benewah, Bonner, Boundary, Kootenai, and Shoshone.Please note that due to staffing constraints, this office will only be open to the public on Mondays and Wednesdays from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. until 4:30 p.m. (Pacific Time).
Pocatello Office
Service Counties:  Bannock, Bear Lake, Caribou, Franklin, Oneida, and Power
Idaho Falls Office
Service Counties:  Bingham, Bonneville, Butte, Clark, Custer, Fremont, Jefferson, Lemhi, Madison, and Teton
Lewiston Office
