Interactive forms are free to low-income individuals in Idaho with certain legal issues. These forms allow a person to input information that automatically enters into the appropriate sections. Forms are available on the Idaho Guide & File website. Click Start Your Legal Process to generate the form - which can then be used to e-file or print to file in person at your local courthouse.
Fillable PDF forms are also available if you prefer to not use the interactive forms process. You may find these forms and instructions by visiting the Court Assistance Office website. Please click the Forms tab in the top-right corner and then select the type of issue you are having. This will bring you to the appropriate form(s) for that issue. Don't forget to view the instructions for each form prior to filling it out.
