Ada County Programs
The Idaho Division of Veterans Services operates three Veterans Homes in Boise, Lewiston and Pocatello. All three homes share a common goal of providing responsive medical and supportive care to veterans who can no longer provide for themselves. The quality of life for veterans is their primary focus and we provide an environment that supports privacy, independence, comfort and security, while meeting social needs.
This brochure was created by the Idaho Court Assistance Office and provides information on common questions and answers related to guardianships and conservatorships, and is designed to help you understand what a legal guardianship or conservatorship is, how it is obtained, and describes the responsibilities of a guardian and/or conservator.
Under the Violence Against Women Act (VAWA), a tenant may not be denied assistance, terminated from participation, or be evicted from your rental housing because that tenant is or has been a victim of domestic violence, dating violence, sexual assault, or stalking.
The National Housing Law Project has created a Know Your Rights Brochure on the Violence Against Women Act and its protections related to federally assisted housing for survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, dating violence, and stalking.
