Apply for our services by phone Monday through Friday from 10:00 am to 3:30 pm, Mountain Time; 9:00 am to 2:30 pm Pacific Time (excluding holidays) by dialing 208-746-7541. You may also apply online at any time. Offices are generally open from 8:30am to 5:00pm, Monday through Friday but local variations occur based on staffing levels and holidays.

Deaf, hard of hearing or speech impaired callers can contact us using 7-1-1 or a relay service of their choice. Idaho Legal Aid Services will provide interpreters for non-English speaking callers.
